Mastering Number 1: Tracing, Writing & Modeling ☝️✏️

Hello little artists and math explorers! Today we focus our super magnifying glass on Number 1! Number 1 is our very first counting number, and writing it is as easy as drawing a tall straight tree! We place our crayon at the top green dot, and pull straight down to the ground line! Zoom, just like that! Number 1 stands for single, special things: we have 1 nose to smell sweet flowers, 1 mouth to sing happy songs, and 1 head to wear a shiny hat! On our five-frame, we color only 1 cheerful box to represent the quantity 1. Grab your crayons, hold up 1 finger, and let us write Number 1 with big smiles!
