Pairs & Trios: Counting Numbers 2 and 3 🧦🚲
Welcome back to our joyful math playground! Today we explore the wonders of Number 2 and Number 3! Number 2 is the magic number of pairs! When you put on your shoes, you need 2 shoes: one for your right foot and one for your left foot! You also wear a pair of 2 cozy socks, and clap with your 2 hands! Number 3 is the happy trio number! Think of a tricycle that rolls smoothly on 3 sturdy wheels, or a traffic signal shining with 3 bright lights: red, yellow, and green! When we count objects in a group, we touch each item once and say: 1, 2, 3! The last number we say tells how many there are in all. Let us count our favorite toys together!
