Shapes & Patterns: Circle, Square and Color Trains 🟡🟦
Welcome our wonderful little architects and pattern builders! Today we discover two basic 2D shapes and learn how to build repeating patterns! First, look at the shiny yellow Circle: it is round and curved, with no straight sides and no sharp corners, just like a wall clock or a car wheel! Next, meet the sturdy blue Square: a square has 4 straight sides that are all equal in length, and 4 corners, just like a picture frame or a gift box! Then, we connect our shapes and colors into a fun Pattern! Look at the color train: Red, Blue, Red, Blue! What comes next? Red! Patterns repeat following a secret rule! Let us build colorful patterns together!
